2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 30 days of receiving the item

• The pen is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because our pens are handcrafted, the following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective:

• Custom or personalized pens (e.g., engraved names, custom materials)

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your pen arrives defective, damaged, or does not match its description:

• Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

• Provide photos and a brief description of the issue

In such cases, you may choose:

• A repair

• A replacement

• A refund

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (subject to availability):

• Exchanges are only available for non-custom, unused items
